Copy the confusing part
Find the sentence or paragraph you do not understand. Select it, copy it, and paste it into your message to the AI. Then add: "Can you explain this in simple words?" That is all you need to do.

Ask follow-up questions
If the explanation is still unclear, keep asking. "What does that mean for me?" or "Is this something I need to do, or just information?" or "Can you give me an example?" There are no silly questions, and the AI will not get impatient.

Double-check anything important
AI is very good at explaining things, but for anything that involves money, health, or legal matters — always confirm with a real person (your doctor, a family member, or the organisation that sent the letter) before making a decision.
